About Us
Autistic Flair delivers talks and training on autism and neurodiversity, helping organisations better understand neurodivergent minds and create more inclusive environments.
Our sessions are grounded in lived experience and designed to be clear, practical, and easy to apply. We do not just raise awareness, we give you the tools and confidence to make meaningful changes in how your teams communicate, support one another, and work together.
We create spaces where people can learn openly and ask questions without fear of getting it wrong. There is no judgment, just honest conversations and practical guidance you can start using straight away.
Autistic Flair began as a community for neurodivergent adults and is now followed by over 130,000 people. That insight into real, everyday experiences shapes everything we deliver.
At the heart of our work is a simple goal: to help more people feel understood, supported, and able to be themselves at work.
Hi, I’m Katie – Autistic Flair Founder
My work is shaped by my own experience as an autistic and multiply neurodivergent person, and by the many conversations I’ve had with others in the community. For a long time, many of us felt misunderstood or overlooked. That is what led me to start Autistic Flair.
What began as a space to share real, everyday neurodivergent experiences has grown into the work I do today.
I deliver talks and training that are honest, relatable, and practical. My aim is to make neurodiversity easier to understand, and to give people the confidence to turn that understanding into meaningful change.
